很好的一家酒店。设施，环境，卫生，都不错。美中不足的是前台服务员的素质要提高点。具体：早上去前台办退房手续，一位女服务员仰坐椅子上，眯眼发问：“什么事？”，遂反问：“你能睁开眼，站起来吗？”。后，无争执，办完手续。事不大，但不爽，使我对酒店的印象打了折扣！其余项服务都挺好的，还是给五分吧！
