房间不错，有一晚水温不够。停车安排和服务不错，早餐实在是乏善可陈，态度服务也一般。酒店的后花园很大，走走不错。南浔还是值得一去，不过一天就兜完了。

房间宽敞，床具舒适，房间里没有垃圾桶不知道是本来就这样还是收拾客房的服务员没放回来。艺龙提供的价格比打酒店电话预约的高，而且没有早餐。

新酒店，给人试营业的感觉。服务感觉热情。大堂感觉尚可，但酒店的房间装潢用材，特别是3楼走廊、室内，采用了廉价的复合板材、门锁，设计师在板材纹路选择上让酒店建筑、大堂营造的风格倒退了十年，是一大败笔。早餐气氛不好，拥挤而混乱，餐食供应不及时。离五星级距离还比较大。

总的来说还算不错，特别是进入酒店的一段路，还是很有感觉的。不过一层餐厅的风景实在不好，基本没有，河对岸都是大量土方，远处是在建工地。也许将来景造好来，价格还要上去。另外酒店房间蛮好的，虽然没有男用刮胡刀，但床很舒服，枕头也很好，一个硬，一个软。很人性。酒店设施太少，基本只有游泳和健身。
