酒店位置很棒，客房面积足够大，自然环境非常好，早晨不错。服务蛮细致，游玩项目小人青少年小朋友都有，物有所值。非常适合一家三口！

觉得更适合亲子游，孩子很多游乐项目。情侣也行，环境悠静，有茶山，可以体验釆白茶。还有一个马场，专业的教练，可以选自己心仪的马匹（孩子有矮马）

环境非常好 酒店设施齐全 员工们态度也都非常好且热情 有机会会再去 大概整体建筑是原木风的关系 配套的灯光也都是黄色的包括卫生间 但是黄色光源下真的不便于化妆 容易吃妆导致看不清妆效一出门就见鬼了 退房时也向服务台提了建议的 希望酒店可以采纳

携程店大欺客，和酒店一起联手欺负客户。单位充值储值金竟然不能消费。试问储值金不是钱么？为什么要消费者额外支付房费？酒店推给携程，携程推给酒店，反正就是储值的钱不能当钱花！再说说这家酒店，住宿环境一点也不好，旁边的项目还没有造完，都是敲打声，一点也没有世外桃源的意思。买单的时候服务员还很鄙视的语气的说除了房费你们没有消费啊！？我没回他，心想我们吃饭消费都没记在房卡，但是服务员素质真的很差，怎么可以这样问客户？号称5星级水平的酒店真的还不如去住住悦榕庄呢！私人老板的项目就是上不了档次！
