本来入住的是湖景房，但被迫于房间太热，走道也不开空调，而更换单间。这么贵的房费，住的实在不是太好，来过第一次就不想来第二次了！

徒有虚名的五星酒店！老厂房般的外观环境，只能看不可用的健身器材，有池无水的泳池，这样的设施、服务也敢号称五星级？！彻底破坏了全家度假的心情！
