管家侯玉宝非常热心，还给送了水果礼盒还给小朋友送了伴手礼，早餐晚餐都很棒！滑雪发生了一些不愉快后来领导来了完美解决！

作为云上草原三家“官方”滑雪酒店之一，云山境是性价比最高的一家，订的直接包含两日滑雪票的房间，很划算也很方便. 来之前酒店管家侯玉宝就提前联系并加了微信告诉我们酒店具体位置，到酒店的时候还亲自出门迎接，服务真的很不错. 房间含双早还送了两人晚餐自助餐，当天滑完雪回酒店吃晚餐品种也很丰富. 房间里面面积也很大，有办公桌和厨房. 美中不足就是房间比较分散，每幢都在不同的地方，需要接驳车接送，我们那幢有很多的楼梯走上去，两个女生搬行李不是很方便. 最后走的时候侯管家还给我们送了两个小礼物🎁（松鼠水杯）很贴心. 之后如果再来滑雪，应该还会选择这家酒店的.

家人一起订了2个房间，还帮我们把房间调到了隔壁，酒店式公寓很干净带地暖，比空调舒适很多，管家侯玉宝服务热情周到，直接让我们车开到了酒店的停车场，酒店买的票也很划算，可以上雪场2天，孩子玩的很尽兴，还会再来的
