  ??Excellent stay in Dreamlohas villas! It’s actually the villas of the famous Sheraton “moon” hotel, so the lobby and breakfast are the same. ?We went to the Hot Springs which were complementary, very good experience in the winter. The villa was huge and with an outdoor private hot spring too. We were welcomed by Lucy, she explained everything and made us feel like at home, all of this in a very good English which we appreciated. 100% recommended!

  选择入住天籁之梦别墅的房间是一个独栋的大床，别墅房间很有特色，有带一个私汤，衞生非常好，管家小悦会提前帮忙安排到店的时候就可以泡汤，小悦服务态度也非常好，酒店房间的衞生也很棒，这设备都很齐全，非常适合度假点赞！

  Villa住宿环境不错，服务人员态度亲切， 可惜月亮湾温泉是完全没机会泡到， 一整天跑空了2趟， 温泉区的服务人员态度也是...一言难尽， 很差的感受， 住宿了月亮湾温泉 Villa并不保证能进月亮湾温泉泡温泉...。

  2家人6个人定的3卧别墅。管家会提前电话联系加微信沟通，服务很不错。入住的时候前台忘记提醒有无驾车并登记车牌讯息了，导致晚上出去吃饭车辆被etc自动扣停车费了，希望以后前台能加强这方便的提醒。另外3卧只有2楼的房间有电话，导致电话叫接驳车比较不便，希望以后一楼可以有一部电话。 因为是宠物友好的酒店，一楼的露天花园树那里有一个狗粑粑????，希望之后的打扫也能注意。其他的体验感非常不错！
