酒店硬件比以前有改进，但是软件服务还是没有改善，特别是退房速度还是一如既往的慢，也不知道说他是工作认真呢还是不懂得变通，我们单位每次出差到这里住的次数很多，但每次查房都要半小时左右，可南浔这个地方实在太小，没有合适的宾馆，没办法，性价比不高，房间偏小，写字台就在电视机下面，不方便出差工作的人
