酒店地理位置极佳，穿过马路就是银泰城，后面是环城河，吃饭购物散步休闲近在咫尺，项王公园和飞英塔走走就到，棒！前台小陈很好，看我带了老人和孩子，为我把房间安排在了48楼，美景尽收眼底！还给小朋友送了漂亮的小背包，里面有拼图和洗漱用品！房间有送水果和牛奶，客房阿姨服务很好，笑容亲切！临走大堂的小马热心的还为我办理了快速退房，连房间消费的一罐可乐也给免了！另一位大堂帅哥还问我们有没有开车？停车券拿了没有？……赞！对酒店的硬件软件满意十分，再来湖州必定再次打卡！
