这个酒店的前台服务员态度差的要死，顶楼天很热让她拿条被子，说一条没有，我说你们这样子服务不行啊，我要投诉你的，她说你去投诉好了。我从来没有碰到这么拽的服务员，我说我们带孩子不想开空调，给我一个薄一点的被子这样的要求不过分吧，如果做不到，您帮我房间退掉，她说你网上定的没办法退的，大湖州厉害的，我第一次遇到[奸笑][奸笑]蛮好的体验[耶][耶]
