进店到前台，前台说:238元给你楼上的，我说网上198吖！?她答:那是楼下的房。本人没听她的，果断网上定付198的单间，她给我房卡时说:8320，电梯上3楼。

位置很好，走路一会就到南太湖，总体还是满意的，早餐简单卫生，边吃早餐还能看湖景，舒服。唯一不满意的就是刚去住时候，洗手台居然湿漉漉的～感觉不太好

住的真心窝火，住了不少酒店唯独这家是早上被吵醒的！请人来叫丧了吗？连睡个觉都保证不了这酒店也太丢脸了吧！服务员态度也不好！

作为一般普通消费者，此酒店在太湖度假区是不错的选择，舒适度也还好，装饰也可以。但房间隔音不好。所曾早点说得过去。但就是服务员接人待物还需要提高。
