平时200+，十一入住600+。10月1号入住的，5号定的觉得味道还是很大，老婆怀孕了，一直咳嗽。要求退房。艺的第一个客服只知道推卸，说来说去就是预付的没有办法取消。我们是已经到店了啊，是因为酒店的原因啊。艺龙第二个客服61620和酒店经理协商最终还是退了。到旁边的雷迪森入住了t太湖房。价格也是翻了一倍18000。
