原来订的亲子房，给免费升级为别墅A，酒店环境真心不错，茶园很美。唯一不足就是用餐，服务员太少了，早餐种类少。其它都不错.

酒店在竹林茶园中，环境不错。房间设施尚可，空调很足，但地板灰尘较多。吃饭只有一个餐厅，菜单上大部分菜都没有，菜的味道可以，价格也较合理。服务员都很亲切。

总结和建议：
地理位置：如果你想体验一种逃离钢筋水泥都市，摆脱污浊的空气，回归到大自然的感觉，这个值得推荐。
◆ 服务态度：对于一家新开的酒店而言，服务员的服务意识还是比较强烈的，而且基本都能够做到微笑迎客，我喜欢她们的亲切和自然，如这个地方一样。
◆ 餐食方面：确实酒店周边没有什么像样的饭馆，所以我们也就特别希望能够在这里感受到一份美好，无论是感受还是味蕾，希望下次有机会能够品尝到更多的地道特色美食。
◆ 配套设施：其实对于酒店各方面无论的设施都还是比较满意的，但游乐设施这一方面真的觉得多有不适，其实在整个2天，听到过很多质疑的讨论。酒店是否应该考虑下这方面的问题，避免因小失大。
◆ 客房感受：整体客房住下来的感觉是，很喜欢它整体的风格，但因为是新开业，房间的味道确实还有点大，可以考虑在房间里多放一些绿植。
