服务非常好，总体还是不错的，性价比不错。需要改进的是酒店硬件，比如洗澡水不大且凉，被褥需更新，房间门隔音不太好。

楼上KTV.持续嚎吼，玩了一天，想早点休息，那是完全不可能的，电话前台2次，答复我说，唱歌的是老板的朋友，没办法，要唱道11点半左右，近乎要疯了，服务员态度还可以，说帮我换房，可是小朋友已经睡的迷迷糊糊，怎么换，而且，11楼唱歌，我们6楼听的清清楚楚，我想说换到哪层不是一样？差评差评差评！！！以后大家千万不要选住这家酒店

首先感谢沃克斯酒店的热诚服务，酒店是新装修的，虽在南浔古镇园区外几公里，但也不算远。此外酒店的餐饮也不错，性价比很高，离开酒店后还有专门的回访，很不错的一次旅行。推荐朋友去的话一定入住这家酒店
