9:10進餐廳確收工了，我說就給我幾個剩下的包子就好，服務員忙著收工不理不睬，遠方一位穿着得體膚白思文型男士說:給客人下碗麵條吧！最後服務員給一盤早点，吃著吃著感覺今天好象要飯的。總結，管理層服務理念可，員工服務心態不足。建議高層要多做暗訪，已提升員工時時刻刻戰戰兢兢的服務態度。我会再來住。
