房间有霉味,我特地订了商务间,想总比标间要好些,哪里知道比标间小,就多了个电脑,就要多收44元,然后与前台交涉,与艺龙交涉,但都没有用,说多了电脑就是商务间,而且在三楼,艺龙不知道有没有实地考察过,最后前台没法解释,就跟我说标间是2007年装修的,商务间是2010年装修的,服务态度恶劣,真是不能住的!艺龙也是,投诉也没有用,只是说符合网上,一点也不考虑顾客的心情,下次再也不在艺龙订了!
