服务差劲，停水就让客人等着，洗一半的澡出来就等着。你到到是给两瓶矿泉水好歹冲冲身上，就让干等着。

硬件条件没得说，软件服务差的要命。下午入住的酒店刚洗澡结果发现停水了，酒店前台给的解释水箱堵了。结果刚打的肥皂只能出来等，结果第二天就感冒了。前台就一句话，您只能等。我就呵呵哒了。

真的不知道前面高分评价是怎么来的，带老人孩子周日入住。12点到店被告知房间还在收拾，只能2点之后入住，想想订房时说明2点入住，无可厚非。一直等到2点30，还有一间房间没有打扫好。上楼时服务员正在给其他房间更换床单，干净的床单被套也是直接堆放在走廊的地上。中间等候的时间在餐厅用了午餐，到餐厅的时候只有两三桌客人吃饭，不是套餐上菜速度很慢，餐厅服务员也不大关注客人，喊了半天想拿个汤勺没有人应。房间景色和整个酒店布局不错，不过房间隔音和卫生间通风超级差，配不上这个价格。酒店设施方面我们只使用了游泳池，虽然水管一直在换水，但是游泳池真的是脏，各种漂浮物，也不知道这水只是单纯循环还是有过滤，回来之后嗓子一直难受，一直咳嗽，孩子也是。整个体验下来性价比太低。。

提前半个月定了这家最后一间小隐房，环境不错，有泳池，书屋，挖沙，下棋，距离莫干山大概40分钟车程。附近有山泉水可以玩，前台美眉很好。就是烧烤没吃到，需要提前一天预定也没提前告知我们，只能附近找吃的，机缘巧合隔壁的寻觅餐厅口味非常不错。总体来说还是很适合亲子度假的。
