服务非常差，类似90年代老国企宾馆的服务态度，艺龙承诺送饮品和水果，都是没有的，一问相互推诿，简单说：完全没有服务意识。

除了比较吵以外，在注重口碑的大环境下，这个酒店服务尤其是前台是我见过最差！！两个贴着实习生牌子的前台，面无表情，要求给安静房间，马上怼你：房间都是安排好的！没有！办入住时刚办一半，又去办后一个人的，让你干等着！入住送的水果，住了2天也没送到，打电话问，马上怼：还没做好。我也是无语了，2个小时后也没见送到。
