酒店帮我升级了房间，看的到马桶盖。这里不得不提一下酒店大老板，山上的城堡也是他的。能和他竞争的只有政府投资的酒店，但老板早在20年前就建造，赚的朋满钵满，牛啊

前台服务人员热情主动，帮助客人提行李，指导客人旅游，就餐，打车等，使得客人如到家的感觉。环境优美，安静，干净。

酒店位置离月亮广场近，在小梅山景区半山腰，在景观房可观看太湖及月亮湾。晚上观景最佳。酒店环境优雅安静，客房房间大卫生干净，工作人员服务非常好。我们三个老人要早上赶回上海的车，他们提前安排早饭。帮我们叫出租车。总之对这个酒店非常满意。
