  一家不错的酒店，前台很热情，给我们讲了很多攻略，停车场很紧张，要看运气的，早餐也不错自助的，品种也很多，唯一点就是我们可能去的太晚了，房间窗没关，感觉被子潮潮的，开了好一会儿空调才算好点，，总体来说还算满意

  酒店服务意识几乎没有！10月3号，我从杭州开车来莫干山，在上山路上一直很堵，结果好不容易到了要转弯去酒店的分路口，结果被交警拦住，说我车每=没办通行证，交警说，你定的酒店应该要通知你的。我2号晚上还打过酒店电话，酒店人员也没和我说起办通行证的事，结果我又掉头，一路上堵着回到办通行证的地方，然后又堵着一路来到分路口，心情可想而知。在酒店前台，我爱人说了前台这事，他们都说不知道通行证一事。这样的酒店，真让我无语！！！酒店房间很潮，枕头上还有口红印记！！！

  酒店位置很好出行很方便，早餐也很不错，过节酒店价格偏高，四星酒店价格住快捷酒店标准，大概是酒店在景区内的原因吧！
