出差来郑州已经是第二次入住啦，凯宾世家让我有一种回家的感觉，前台和服务人员态度和蔼，虽然这次因为艺龙酒店网上订的房间，酒店暂时提供不了专用发票，但是已经配合解决了，下次还来哦！点赞

不错的酒店，四星的标准的硬件，虽然服务还称不上是四星的，但已经很不错了，接待一般客户入住还是有些面子的，就是多功能厅总是举报各种活动，离大厅很近，吵的分贝有点高，影响了居住心情。

房间一进门巨臭无比，下水道味，被子上还有血迹，枕头上还有女人的头发，因为赶路太累智能凑合一夜！对不起这价格！
