周边环境差，有停车位，室内卫生差，墙壁上污斑到处都有。携程网上订房交了188元/间，到前台要收押金300元，第二天退房要收现金188元/间。说是网上交钱是订金，携程会退回，电话交涉携程，退回168元，少退20元，不知携程有何说法。
