明明酒店有确定订单，去到却说没有房间了，说没有接到过订单，酒店工作效率差，环境也不怎么好，和小旅店没太大区别，达不到说明所说按三星标准建造与服务，给酒店看了订单信息，却只给了间极狭小的小单间，非常失望的一次入住。
