服务员态度差，还存在欺骗消费者的情况。我订的的写明含三早，问服务员说不含我问那上面是骗人的嘛她就说那我问下经理，然后我吃完饭回来问她她已经忘记这事了我问的时候明显愣了一下还很机智的回我说经理现在就下来。wtf？意识到自己说错了就让我回房间到时候房间电话联系我，然后一晚无动静。早上去找她在电脑上看电视剧看的正嗨，这时候语气就比较有底气说不含了，然后我就说不含就不要在携程上写含啊。关键是一开始就问好回我不含也就算了，这服务态度实在让人不开心

酒店雖然還說的過去，但和我們去過的江西其他地區酒店相比，還是差距不小，如同井岡山景區的旅遊業，只把賺錢排在首位，卻因抱殘守缺、觀念陳舊，這樣一來，不但該賺的錢賺不到，還得罪了全國的遊客，尤其敗壞了井岡山革命老區的形象！真的是值得認真反思！
