预定完以后就和酒店确认了说要单间换标间，当时答应的非常好。等我到酒店后我傻了，完全没有换，服务员回答我说她刚换班，啥也不知道。我说那我加钱换个商务标间，也不行，那你给我床被子，也不行，这样的服务，真的不想再光顾第二次。

从前台服务员，到客房服务员，再到餐厅服务员，整体服务员素质差，对客人爱答不理，面无表情，客房卫生已经远不如新开业那段时间，以后来吉安基本不会考虑住这里了，附图是窗户上的蜘蛛网，还是经常打开换气的唯一一扇窗户，一大片一大片的蜘蛛网
