2013年9月30入住，衡山大酒店整体很大，卫生总体可以，但可惜配套不全，好多在装修未开放，客源少，主楼、大堂晚上灯光少开，阴暗小气，我订的两间房包是包早餐的，可是两个1.2米以下小孩吃餐还要半价，整个酒店无WIFI，下次再来不考虑。

酒店由上海衡山管理，比较新，硬件不错，新装修，但服务一般。住的复式套房，一进去，桌子上、茶几上、吧台上、楼梯上、扶手上都是一层土，可以写字。服务员都是实习生。另外不好停车。希望改进。
