酒店前台服务差，因为过年出差带了小孩，让酒店加被子说不加，我也就勉强算了，更气的是让加个牙刷，既然让出钱买，一个五星级酒店本来就应该提供人性化服务，不要太以赚钱为目的了，还有自助早餐品种比平时少很多，我想说我出了一样的价格，就应该得到一样价值。
