总体还是不错的，环境，空气特好，厨师做菜的味道特好。最不好是卫生间的淋浴设备，淋浴花洒支架没有站起来用的，只有蹲下来用的 ，是人民名义的翻版吧。还有就是温泉那边因为人少，把所有人类都安排到了一个很小的空间里面去换衣服，屁股碰屁股。

讲良心,酒店设施还是齐全的,该走的都有，但个人感觉卫生不行，入住时房间垃圾没倒，桌子上有瓜子壳。最不能忍的是服务太差！团队里面有位很讲道理的大叔,据说是晚上书桌凳子脚坐一下就断了，自己摔了，赶紧通知酒店人员，结果人家酒店不问是否人摔伤，先让陪两百，大叔开始还很温和得跟他们讲道理，结果他们一个姓邓的大堂经理非得让他赔，我们团的看不下去了，帮着大叔跟他理论，那邓经理就是打太极，而且真的是很不真诚，油嘴滑舌，就是一句话，是你坐坏的，不管你是否故意，两百了事，大叔本来说认倒霉，赔一百，结果邓经理不让，说是一分不能少……大家都看不下去了，大叔忍无可忍，直接在大堂爆发，结果吵了十来分钟，还是另一个酒店领导怕事情闹大，可能自己也理亏吧，最后没让赔了……唉，真的感觉这个酒店服务有待提高，那个邓经理（一直强调我就是这个酒店的领导，跟我谈就行了……），外人看着都来气，这种又油又流的人还能做大堂经理，太煞风景！
