旺季出行带来许多不便，幸好提前订了景园，中心区域，出去逛逛交通方便，客房休息床还算可以，干净舒适，大楼外观看起来大气，可室内装修风格陈旧，设施老化。希望下次再去看到崭新面貌。

服务态度很差，订好了房间付了房费，竟然跟客人说没房间，那请问我开的房间给谁住了，第一次在微信上订房，第一次见订好了房，付了钱，不退钱也不让住的

酒店没的说！在旅游酒店四星级里面是我最满意之一。首先是住宿，符合标准，干净，基本设施到位，基本无短板。其次是位置非常棒！茨坪镇主要休闲聚会场所，购物天街都是在旁边，非常方便！最后，这个酒店餐饮比较到位，菜品口味不错，服务好，还有发票！去外面吃会挨宰！
这里，要重点表扬一下6月25号晚上值班的前台郭姓服务员！！在开具晚餐发票时发现了中午开具发票出现了问题，税号少写了一位！这种认真负责的敬业态度让人佩服，一般情况下，如果有前面开过发票的底，大多数人就按照电脑保存记录直接打印了。但是郭小姐认真负责的又跟我核对开发票的资料，从而发现了问题！！这极大的避免了一些损失和麻烦，为客户排除了隐患。请酒店一定要对这样认真负责的员工提出表扬和物质鼓励，树立工作榜样！！谢谢！再次感谢！！
