还是一样的装修，床有的硬，空调声音比较大，房间灯有坏了二个。环境一般般。需要装修下比较好。平时订比较便宜，周末价格就贵一点点。

本人也是从事酒店业，五星酒店销售经理。我来说一说前台他们那个什么刘笑燕，什么经理什么的，言语屈辱，语带挑衅，我们一行人让她道歉，结果她直接说我凭什么道歉，我要怎么道歉。连基本的人话都不会说，委屈你活那么大了。就凭你是做服务行业，让客人不满意。说找老板来评理，结果直接说我就是老板，我们说你不是经理吗，你的老板呢，她说我是经理也是老板。这位刘笑燕经理一直甩臭脸，有关部门落实解决一下，酒店服务类，这种人不配做服务行业。大家入住的人，擦亮眼睛。进房间，结果是打扫了一半的房间，直接用毛巾擦地的证据…有图有真相，真的不把客人当人吗？选择金锣湾的，不希望大家被酒店给擦地的毛巾来用了
