第一次碰到这种酒店，用微信支付的五百块押金也没有押金条之类的，当时也没有人跟我说是退现金，当时下大雨走的急，就直接把房卡房前台，几天后都没人联系我说退押金之事！打了几次电话服务员都推脱责任，无人处理，本人又不是吉安市本地人，试问如果外地的客人这押金是不是就退不了了！！！！请负责任与本人联系
