硬件还可以，但是服务较差。入住和退房时旁边一直有人抽烟，前台看来是习以为常了。入住时前台也不查艺龙订单，直接按前台价登记，幸亏后来我又差手机订单才发现。

硬件还好，卫生一般，小县城只能这样么？住14楼，晚上3楼卡拉OK实在吵，音响轰得难受！早上7点大厅门外正中一堆呕吐物，能不能有人迅速点处理呀？
