1,服务员态度确实对不住他的星别。br2,卫生间等设施陈旧。br3,预订的时候说的有水果也没送。br4,第二晚现场定的不是网定，要了早餐，价值38元的早餐不值10块钱。品种少口味差，卖相更没有。咖啡是水，牛奶是水，茶也是水……煮的红薯粉大约就是过个水，完全不熟，服务员也不知道在干什么，大约就是在等下班。br4,在看的见的地方，服务与品质都乱七八糟偷工减料，完全不再信任文山旗下任何品牌产品。

首先入住办理时间半个多小时，还是打了同程电话转来转去半天才能入住; 然后服务员安排的房间不符，是假窗户，又是跟同程电话反映后说可以换房间; 再就是楼下KTV凌晨了还吵的很; 这次的入住体验极差，作为同程会员没有得到一点尊重！
