我们根本没去住'，因为订错了，当时我在建三江，距离酒店50公里，携程不能取消订单，我们就给酒店打电话，一个男的接的，说已经给取消了，钱会稍后携程给退，结果过了一夜钱也没退，给携程打电话，携程说定单根本就没有给我们取消，这样的酒店谁还去住，一点信用都没有。
