窗外在建楼，有些乱，门前是步行街比较嘈杂，离江边比较近，房间很大，设施还不错，热水不好调，房间有灰

好大的房间，设施还不错，热水不太好调节，早餐太烂了。楼后面在施工，所以没有停车位，需要自己找。

1.这家酒店不在正阳路和泰山街的西南角，艺龙地图上标示的是错误的。
2.我这次住的是二楼，根本就没有wifi。
3.紧挨着酒店的北面有个工地在施工，比较吵。
4. 酒店二楼的走廊，白天是不开灯的，你需要开着手机的闪光灯才能找到你的房间号。
5.酒店不提供一次性的拖鞋。
6.房间内的地毯很脏。
7.早上七点钟还睡得迷迷糊糊的时候，突然被前台的电话吵醒，要求我现在“被”退房，我被搞蒙了，因为房卡和押金条还在我的手里，怎么就突然“被”退房了呢？前台的答复是:她在电脑上操作错了，已经把我的房间给退了，要求我现在立刻下去办手续，我下去经过据理力争，可以到中午退房，但已睡意全无。
8.等到中午退房时索要发票时，前台给的是手撕票，因为今年五月一日后，全国实行的营改增了，这种定额发票已经不能报销了，遂向前台提出是否能打印增值税的普票？前台马上改口说你的这间房，我们不提供发票，又据理力争，终于拿到了手撕定额票。
9.这次抚远之行去了黑瞎子岛，东方第一哨，东极广场，风景还是不错的，但这次订房在万力源是我最大的一个错误，标注是三星级，这其实就是一个招待所的配置。
10.我真心不推荐这家酒店，三思。
