  当晚入住后，发现A房间洗手间墙壁发霉，枕头芯脏，消防面具包装盒破损，消防手电筒没有电。寻求前台后，换房B，B房间枕头芯脏，插座松动，手电筒依旧没电，最主要的是，房间配备的两个消防面具均无外包装盒，并且其中一个甚至裸露在外，当晚告知前台，请第二天回覆。第二天仅收到：我们会整改，送您一个礼盒。拒收后告知前台，请门店经理出麪处理一下。前台于八点半左右回覆联系不到经理。后续已致电相关部门，消防绳索都破烂的无法正常使用了，致电时向相关部门提出依据时打开了裸露的消防面具的证书，发现消防面具已经过期！如此严重的问题，酒店竟然无人管理，希望相关部门就消防问题监督酒店给出一个合理的答覆。消防无小事，这关乎着每一个住客及员工的安全问题。在此，也请相关部门检查该酒店其他地方的消防问题。如果周五未收到相应处理及解决办法，将全渠道申诉。

  床品睡着很舒服，环境很幽静且离古镇很近，价格也很超值，前台小姐姐服务态度也很好，指引房间，山景大床舒适度很高，非常感谢下次会来，也会推荐朋友
