同程的服务不错。酒店位置很好，江景房很爽。就是酒店的设施旧了点，但很干净，电脑就是摆设，最后还是用自己的电脑。酒店服务很好。

我第一次入住建德千岛酒店,是一家很不错的三星级酒店,环境优美、服务态度好,就是早餐欠缺一点,虽然花样还多,但是30元的早餐价格标准性价比不高,望能提高.

酒店有点历史，位置不错挺好找就在新安江边上，环境相当不错。房间比较宽敞，床铺不错枕头柔软适中，卫生间有点老旧，江景房不到三百比较不错。唯一最不满意是早餐比无星级的还差，不如不赠送，甚至会砸之前的好影像。
