酒店很新，设施很好，有温泉，球场，大泳池，还有那金谷景区，老人小孩都玩的很尽兴。服务也好，前台，房间服务，路上的小哥，餐厅的服务生都很热情。喝茶的点心很多，味道也不错。再说点缺点，早餐种类多，但是没有肉，早餐肠都没有，对于我这样爱吃肉的一家，太悲催了。早知道这样不如定不要早餐的套餐，每天去喝茶好了。还有就是我们定了亲子房，房间里大公仔，儿童抱枕，好像没有洗过，有点担心卫生问题。

春节期间自驾车去玩住在这里，酒店挺不错的，配套可以泡温泉、打高尔夫，自助早餐挺丰富。总体满意。春节期间送了附近那金谷旅游区的门票，值得去玩玩，景区里面有大湖、有游船游湖，还不错；还有5D电影看看。

住的是华侨公馆一房一厅，房间是公寓式的，有客厅，方便朋友、家庭聚会。酒店周边环境优美安静，挺适合度假的。温泉池在稻田里、山腰上，有特色，但感觉不是真温泉，温泉区工作人员服务到位，捧着水一个个池给客人送，挺贴心的。客房的装修材料及洗涑用品档次不高，除了在酒店吃，周边没什么可吃的。

一流的环境，很安静舒适，酒店工作人员都挺好的，这次唯一不爽的是里面那个餐厅，坐在外面半个小时都没人问一下，最后还是去找他们问了说是5点开门，进去之后味道太臭了，想坐外面去，不同意，态度十分不好，还爱吃不吃的态度，最后还是打车出去市区吃的饭，这么好的地方为什么管理这么差，拉低整个酒店。
