為自己和家人订了两间特价房，被安排到506和606房间。房间面积不大但整体舒适，但房间有些细节酒店方面还需要努力改善。506房间电视画面有重影，捱了一个晚上，叫了员工来看看，但未能改善问题，第二天再度查询有否解决方法，这次员工来了说无法修理，就把另外空房的电视调换过来，如果之前能加强检查，客人入住前发现问题修正好就更理想。606房间的水龙头和淋浴的出水温度太高，但調到暖水就水压超弱，洗手间的門也不好关，报告后工程员工解释因为要迁就4楼的出水温度，所以无法修正，但洗手间的門就能修理好。另外洗手间怀疑是淋浴间的去水口有异味传来，类似沟渠的味道，有些时候也有烟味，导致毛巾也沾上烟味，希望酒店能正视这个问题。入住时候天气很潮湿，但窗户是打开的，导致更潮湿，房間的墙纸也发霉，建议窗户尽量不要打开，避免湿气进来。员工普遍友善有礼，令人窝心。房间打扫也干净，谢谢房务部员工的努力。
