服务态度比较恶劣，说要办会员卡，现在办会员卡哪里的都是免费办理的，这里的是需要收18元钱才能办理的，而且那个钱是不可以退的，前台接待的态度比较恶劣，个人觉得还是不要办会员卡，需要花钱办理的都不要，而且是不可以退的，前台接待一副你要住就住，不住就拉到的态度，真的是膈应人，心情一下子就被她破坏了，无语了
