昨晚已入住，今早已离开酒店，我是微信订的酒店，不知酒店为何没用订单ID号登记入住?而另外开号登记入住，现在过去大半天了，仍未见订单进度详情有更信息(已入住)和(已离开)，服务台人员态度不好不专业，未能给出合理的回复，且折腾客户，让我们离开酒店后记起才返回酒店取发票，期待下次去能好些，并请尽快更新我们的订单进度．尽快提高酒店的作业系统流程和完善培训作业，让客户更放心安心，谢谢

入房退房态度一般，冲凉房我都无法形容，看到都不想洗，房间一进去还一股烟味，清洁阿姨把床单包裹从楼梯滚下去，而且还没有电梯

还不错，长途开车到这边，太偏了，酒店真心不好找，上携程找到了，还可以吧，晚上应该在江门市区比较好的的。服务还不错，自家楼改的。
