平常一直都来柏宁酒店，以前一直态度很好，会安排靠马路的房间，现在几次都对客人不待见，明明周四大把空房间就偏偏安排靠住宅区的房间，那些房间环境特差，房间一股尿味，灯光又暗，所有灯打开都不如点蜡烛！
