酒店很干净，房间也比较大，最主要服务很好，因为是情人节，想给女朋友一个惊喜，问了酒店前台能不能帮忙布置房间，最后免费给我布置了房间，很美很浪漫，下次还会继续入住该酒店

服務態度差，沒有暖氣還找各種藉口，敷衍了事，房間髒的一塌糊塗，各種毛髮，早餐都是冷的，煎蛋下面都是DIY，試問孩子一個人去吃早餐受傷誰負責？還好意思寫五星級的服務，三星級的錢，你的服務五星服務就是蠻不講理吧！前台服務員沒有知識也就算了，最基本的常識有吧！騷擾電話催退房，這家是我住過最差的維也納了，奉勸大家不要去住，大過年住的都是??，但是我要感謝攜程的服務真是一級棒，幫我處理事情的帥哥希望攜程能表揚一下，辦事效率和服務態度讓人暖心，謝謝帥哥！
