服务不专业，退房时说电话机有破损要“罚款50元”，座机没有人使用，也不知道是否是入住后坏的，其实损坏赔付50元没什么问题，，就是酒店服务人员不专业，居然一再说“罚款”，给人感觉非常不爽，你一个酒店，随口就是“罚款”梁静茹给你的勇气吗？根本没有作为服务者应有的素质，下次去绝不会定这个酒店了。

同程和酒店相互勾结。没有住店，只住一天，却花两天的钱。不住店还退不了款。希望去，这里旅游的一定不要订同程旅游的各类产品。酒店的服务也很差。喝一包茶还要交钱

总体可以，环境不错，性价比高。但是酒店发票开不了（要另外补税钱才能开），艺龙客服也说不清。总体还是非常愉快的。就是发票问题，建议后续改进下。
