自己都是江门外海人，平时经过看到外观以为这个酒店都应该不赖的，结果第一次帮同事定了个双人房，当晚是晚上12点多才去办理入住的，自己都上去看了一下环境，哎，豪华双人房跟外面的宾馆没什么区别，前台服务一般，可能当天入住比较晚，灯光问题，不然以为自己入住了黑店呢，里面酒店的环境比较差，有味道，而且房小，这怎么对得起豪华两个字啊！

1，服务员态度相当差，接待的时候玩游戏。 2，网上订房有钓鱼性质。接订单后到酒店说没有房。
3，卫生条件嘛：该酒店养蟑螂哟，我入住的房间养了4只成年的，进门的时候就有一只欢迎我的。

酒店卫生太差了，本来想看房的，然后到了六楼，那个服务员打开房间门发现还没搞卫生的。房间还有蟑螂什么虫子的，床上又不干净，灯又坏了几个。最重要的是在开房的时候那个前台真的是拽！还学人家办高冷，问十句都不回一句的！说话态度又差，好像我欠他钱似得！这是看不起外人吗？！
