这个酒店太离谱了，给错房卡我住，晚上回酒店房间门打不开 里面已经住着其他人有男人的声音，自己的行李也被人拿下来前台，而之前并未收到任何通知，
叫她们酒店给个答复一个推一个 连经理也一样，只有一句 多人入住搞错了?????? 一点半回到酒店竟然没房间住 忽悠了一晚上说会给个答复你
结果连他们经理人都没看见 只是靠给个电话让前台传话 真的好过分
