怎么说这酒店呢？电视是老到无朋友，不能开机，服务员，领班也无法搞好，温泉池没几个是暖的，很脏，满是泥漫，脚底下打滑，十月一日都没多少丁人，没有下次。

昨晚9月24日晚10点半左右，通过同程网准备订10月1日的房，可是忘记修改日期，变成默认当天日期！网上付了钱，收到确认短信后，才发现错误，赶快致电同程客服修改。客服告知因该房是通过代理资源的，需要跟代理沟通，最后告知结果是需要付20%的违约金+国庆节的房间价差。我同意了！同程客服告知对方第二天早处理。今天早上上窜下跳几个电话沟通，最终结果还是全扣款了！😭理由是已经已经过了结账时间！杯具呀！14个小时的沟通，最后是最后截止时间过了！14个小时那么长呀！客服的效率啊！😠
