酒店前台接待小姐态度不错，赞一个。酒店服务员的态度也挺好，温泉水质不错，泡了挺舒服。自助早餐也算丰富的。就是泡温泉时只提供白水，有时有姜茶，没有饮料和水果，对不住这个价位的住宿费。毛巾也没放在池子边上，还要去到门口，才能换一条干的。

酒店环境清幽，绿化多，温泉池人不多，也干净，大瀑布非常好玩，酒店的接待人员，服务员态度非常热情，还设了小孩子游戏和奖品，晚上十点酒店还放烟花，小孩高兴得不得了！早餐品种多，中餐厅出品也好，价钱跟外面的餐馆差不多。

除了离深圳远了点，其他都很完美，房间也够大还有阳台，晚上有烟花表演，大堂有互动游戏，酒店晚餐还有财神爷派红包
