服务不行啊! 明明定的是有窗的，却给了无窗的，打电话问前台，还说是艺龙传给酒店的单子就是无窗的，两者差着100块钱呢，问能否按无窗的退多收的钱，答不能。最后还是换了，但给客人的体验肯定不好。错了要说对不起，而且还要态度诚恳，这是幼儿园就要学会的。但前台服务人员好像做不到，还推卸责任，这就很不好了。希望酒店改进服务，从根上做起。

最大的特点是床大。似乎只有三楼一层？一个电梯上去，一个入口进去，跟走迷宫似的。一晚上都没睡安稳，万一发生火灾，估计很难跑出去
