这么贵的酒店，没有热风，晚上冻的要死，然后服务员拿来一个暖 风机，打开整个楼道都听的到声音那种，服！屋里的设施很老很破，重点是，这样的酒店，服务真是差到一踏糊涂。我早上8点就退房了，结果数据线忘在酒店，明明是有服务员查房的，结果愣是不说，结果等我下午5点在回广州的路上，想起来，打电话回去，说有拿到！**，有拿到你怎么不打电话！不打就算了吧，跟我说发快递，也没问发什么快递，一声不坑的给我来个顺丰到付，我真是服了，快递费你不出你倒是说一声呀，一句话不说，就这样给了一个到付！！！这酒店我还能说什么，就这个服务态度，一星都嫌多，真的，最好给个负分，对不起他的价格和星级，以后不会再来了，差评，差评
