不是傳統酒店的管理方法，房間裝修亦新穎，但可惜用料不太好，很快便變型!房間燈開關用輕觸式關係，有時會自己著燈，有點驚嚇！還有空調的控制亦有點問題，有時會自動關上！

復活節假期全家从香港來鶴探親，通過網上訂購兩晚新開張不久的鶴山國際品牌希爾頓友朋酒店，一流設備一流服務酒店房間衛浴和設備都是國際品牌，前臺人員和服務員非常熱情，特別是小孩在酒店到處玩耍服務員都細心關照小孩，真是有種家的感覺，下次來回再次入住，五星好評
